About

Rugby has been the foundation of my life for over 15 years, shaping who I am both on and off the field. Since first picking up a rugby ball in middle school, the sport has taken me around the world, challenged me to grow as an athlete and coach, and introduced me to incredible people and opportunities that continue to fuel my passion for the game.

My playing career has included representing Canada at the U21 Can-Am Cup, competing in New Zealand with North Otago, and earning selection to the Otago Women’s Representative Team, where I played for four seasons. Since returning to North America, I have continued to compete at a high level with clubs and representative programs including USA South, Boston Banshees, Atlantis, Phoenix Fort Miami and the NAV (National Athletic Village) program. These experiences have allowed me to play alongside and learn from athletes and coaches from a variety of rugby cultures, continually expanding my understanding of the game.

Alongside my playing career, I have developed a strong passion for coaching and athlete development. I have coached youth and senior players, focusing on building confidence, developing strong fundamentals, and creating environments where athletes feel supported while being challenged to reach their full potential. My coaching philosophy emphasizes skill development, decision-making, and fostering a lifelong love for rugby.

Beyond the field, I am committed to growing the women’s game through coaching, mentorship, content creation, and educational initiatives. I believe rugby has the power to build confidence, resilience, leadership, and lifelong community, and I strive to make the sport more accessible for the next generation of athletes.

Whether competing, coaching, or creating opportunities for others, my goal is to leave a lasting, positive impact on the game that has given me so much.
